We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Must possess the ability to use a range of PPC-related tools, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with full Google suite, including Ads, Tag Manager, Trends, Analytics and more.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making.
- Proficient in SEO/SEM with drive for continual improvement.
- Have the capability to create and optimise new campaigns and strategies.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, delivering insights in a clear and concise manner, and pivot promotions to optimise.
- Manage projects efficiently and with minimal error.
- Manage budgets and reports and be proven in maximising ROI/CPC.
- Have experience in owning a campaign from start to finish with excellent attention to detail.
- A helpful, can-do attitude and the mindset of a team player.
You will lead Digital Analytics across all relevant projects / initiatives with accountability to provide analytic direction and specification. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting the sales, marketing, and development function and working closely with product owners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Supported by your team, your responsibilities will include planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. You will be expected to design, build and maintain our social media presence, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). The role calls for the anticipation and identification of trends and insights, and the optimisation of spend and performance based on these insights. We are looking for somebody to play a leading role in brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, as well as an ability to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. The successful candidate will contribute to landing page evolution, and help optimise user experience.
The successful candidate is likely to have a proven working experience in digital marketing with a strong creative personality and the ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, and solid knowledge of website analytics tools is called for. A working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimising campaigns is essential. Finally, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, and an enthusiasm to adopt latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement are called for.
