We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our growing team of Installation Engineers in the Littlehampton area. Guided by your Area Manager, you will receive fantastic on the job training and mentoring supported by our team of experienced engineers and our in-house Learning and Development department.
We are reaching new heights at Giganet and our customer offering has reached a pivotal point. We are particularly looking for experienced engineers, but applications from entry level candidates are welcome. In Littlehampton our build patches include: Hurstpierpoint, Storrington, Yapton and Emsworth.
Working as part of a minimum two person team, the installation engineers connect residential and business customers to Giganet full fibre broadband safely, efficiently and effectively. As a true ambassador for the organisation you will provide an exceptional customer experience during every customer visit.

Installation Engineer day to day activities will include:
- Effectively prioritise your daily allocated tasks.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing business and residential connections.
- Safely complete overhead and underground connections for both residential and business customers.
- Carry out service visits to identify and if necessary resolve issues.
